About us
Shingle Hall Stud is a professionally run, small family stud where the aim is to breed quality horses and ponies that will have excellent temperaments, good conformation and potential to compete in any sphere.
Our facilities are excellent including large stables, good grazing (starvation paddock available) with post and rail or electric fencing.
All horses and foals are wormed and have their feet trimmed regularly during their stay - approximately every six weeks.
Where necessary, individual feeding or medical treatment can be undertaken.
At a very reasonable cost we have a large foaling box with CCTV for outside mares to foal down.
Our vets visit the stud very regularly throughout the season so, where possible, we will group mares together aiming to keep costs down for owners.
All stallions standing at the stud are CEM swabbed and EVA tested negative and vaccinated.
